I need towing service for my truck. Zach was amazing. Very professional. On time and understanding. If you ever need towing service this is A-1 service. I HIGHLY recommend.

Will be using them as a tow service forever now. I had unfortunate timing and got behind one of their tow trucks carrying a shredded Mustang on the back and a piece had fallen off the car (I thought was a wiring harness or a bracket) and struck my A-pillar and the driver's side mirror causing damage.

I called the shop, spoke to Barry and he did some ground work and took a look at my car and set up a time to have his painter (Olympia Autohaus) fix the damage. For being unlucky in the first place I am happy Barry was very professional and took care of it and made my experience with them great. I will always recommend them moving forward.

One of the drivers pulled into a gas station parking lot way too fast for his big truck and small lot, as I was trying to get out of my vehicle. He was ho-hum about it. Told him it was a race track. Didn't say anything to me just kept staring at me until I was cashing out and told him off. Rude and calky. That's what I gathered from Jerry's Towing employees when they aren't benefiting themselves.

My Honda broke down Sunday evening. I was far from home, with no one to call. The folks at Shari's Restaurant recommended Jerry's. The driver arrived with tow truck in 15 minutes. He gave me a lift with him to the garage and helped me get a motel room a short way from the garage. The next day the mechanic had the car fixed and tested by 11 am. These guys are the absolute BEST!!!

I needed my non-working motorcycle towed from Yelm to Steilacoom and Jerry's did an amazing job. The driver met me at the location quickly and was very professional. He safely secured my motorcycle to the flatbed so that I had no worries of it falling. I highly recommend Jerry's for motorcycle towing and would use them again in the future.

I was dealing on the Phone with Mark, an employee of Jerry's towing and found him to be very polite. He seemed to be very experienced and said he would have my truck at York'ys truck stop in Blaine Wa. tomorrow at 10:00 am.which he did. I am very Pleased with the service I received and would recommend Mark and Jerry's towing and Service to all without reservation.A very happy customer, Larry DeCoste, Chilliwack, B.C.Canada.
