I can't say enough good about Jason and his staff. I've taken several types of cars in (Mazda, 2 different Saturns, Volvo, VW Passat)for myself and for family. He is patient with my decidedly non-automotive brain, explaining my options, making recommendations. He is straightforward, honest and clearly knows his stuff. In one instance he heard me pull onto the lot, heard a potential problem and got it taken care of, averting what could have been a very big problem. I can't say enough good about Jason, and his staff of Jeremy and Chris. I may not be happy about whatever repair he is telling me I need, but I feel safe and that he is looking out for my safety, and that of everyone who brings a car to him for service. Honesty and value at this shop! On a scale of 1-5, he deserves a 10!

I took my i took my 1983 Porsche 944 in to get a headlight and acceleration issue dealt with. I was charged over $200 to diagnose the problems. and then $304 to replace the throttle control sensor. i was told that they were supposed to charge me for 2.5 hours, but, they were going to only charge me for 2.5 hours labor. I thought things seemed fishy, so i called my usual mechanic to see what he would charge. He told me $200 including Parts, and that it would take an hour.( He is an established mechanic with a big shop. ) when i spoke with Jason Lohmann about being over charged, He said " I Charge what I charge..! After i called him a thief . He said we could go out back and settle it...????? really nice...!!!!

To anyone reading, Lohmann's Automotive really saved my career.

I have had persistent car trouble with my Dodge Neon. While it has been advised that I just buy a new car, I am utterly in love with the one I already have. My car has been burning oil and coolant for some time now, and has been overheating ittermittently. I called and spoke with a friendly young man named Chris. He was helpful in answering all of my questions, and displayed great communication skills with Jeremy when they were discussing what services I would be needing. I paid a fair price for my diagnostic, which confirmed I needed a head gasket. They were able to schedule me in for the following day. When I arrived, they were quick getting my car in the shop, had hot coffee available to counter the cold weather, and answered any further questions, though they were relatively redundant. They were very patient. I had to be out of the shop, and on my way to work by 3pm. Jason gave me a ride home so I could grab things I forgot at home being so rushed and scatter brained. When we returned, Jeremy had my car running, and ready to go. I made it to work with enough time write this review before having to start. Thank you for everything.
