I had a house for rent in Lacey and this was one of the places that I called. My phone call was never returned. To me it is a red flag - if they treat potential clients like that I could imagine what it would be to be their client.

We have a complex of four duplexes (8 units). My wife and I were tired of managing our own properties. Retired, we wanted to travel and be away for weeks and months at a time.We initially used another company but were dissatisfied with the attention they paid to the property. We didn't feel we could travel....the company did not seem to care.So I fired them and called Todd Monohan. I told him my complaints about the former, large property manager. He explained how he provided the service and kept in touch with the tenants, provided much of the minor maintenance as a part of the monthly fee, and was proactive in making required repairs before tenant change. He was just what the doctor ordered for us. He and his team cares!!!I recently wrote him an email saying "I appreciate you and your team ..... the attention to our property...and especially the strategy of being proactive with repairs and early seeking new tenants when necessary. The vacancy rate is non-existent."

I have been using Olympia Rental and Landlord Services for the past three years and have had no complaints. For a flat fee that is equal or less than other property managers, Todd maintains my property, including winterizing every year, impeccably. My rental home is in a development with a home owner's association. Whenever they needed to be contacted for repairs, Todd has made the arrangements. Todd makes owning a rental as easy as just seeing that extra money in your account every month.

I have been using Olympic Rental and Landlord Services for a year now; we had to fire our last company for unbelievable bad service.Todd has a ethic about him and his business that you do not find in this business, he has my best interest in mind with maintaining the property to levels that I could not believe. He would let us know when and what he has reviewed or winterized, I figured I would get a bill, his reply was " this is part of my service I offer" He also does not take of money on off first months rent or the damage deposit, where can you find that. You need to call Todd and review his services for you self it will be the best decision for your rental business you will ever make. Brian Johnson 360-790-6589
