Olympic View Elementary School has a staff of more than 30 certified teachers that offers academic classes to over 550 students in kindergarten through grade six. The school provides educational classes in special education, art, reading, writing, basic skills, math, science, social studies, and health and physical education. Olympic View Elementary School has a library media center that provides access to various research tools. In addition, it offers an accelerated reader program to improve students reading skills. It is a part of North Thurston Public Schools, which operates more than 20 elementary, middle and high schools and serves over 13,500 students annually.
