I have been doing business with the people of this Package Express store on Marvin Road for many years. I have always found them to be efficient and careful with my packages. It’s usually one of two gentlemen at the counter, at busy times perhaps both. (Father and son?) These men are polite and cheerful, and always able to answer shipping questions with years of experience and expertise. Besides taking care of your mail and shipping needs, they offer personal mailbox service, photocopy services, greeting card selections, and home crafted gifts for last minute gift givers. If it were possible to give them more than five stars, I would happily give more as this business certainly deserves it!

For some reason, I dread the simple task of mailing or shipping anything. I happened upon Package Express, as it is about a mile from my home. At first it was the proximity that appealed to me, but now, and it’s been a couple years, it is the only shipping business I will use. The owner and employees are all extremely knowledgeable and in a time when good customer service has unfortunately gone the way of the dodo, they are the exception. They are quick, extremely competent and professional, and they seem to genuinely enjoy their work. Even with a queue of customers lined up out the door, they keep their cool and apply the same quality service without cutting corners or getting flustered. I just learned that besides Safeway, it is the second business that occupied that once sparse piece of land. It has history and a bright future. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I usually like to support local businesses, I really do. Also, this place is closer than the post office so that is convenient. However, I can not overcome how rude they are! I have went in there between 5-6 times and they have been rude each time. They have no customer service and are not friendly at all. I have decided that I will NEVER use them again. I can not stand going to a place and receiving poor customer service. It is always the same ladies so maybe they are the owners? Either way, they are rude and deserve no business. The post office is worth the extra 10 minute drive. Cheaper prices and waaaaay better customer service!
