Pleasant Glade Elementary School is governed and controlled by the administration of North Thurston Public Schools. Started in 1891 and located in Lacey, Wash., the school offers educational services to more than 500 students every year in kindergarten through sixth grade. It follows a literacy program based on the Harcourt reading series that focuses on training the instructors and improvement in reading skills and scores. Pleasant Glade Elementary School s curriculum includes various subjects, including arts, mathematics, music, physical education and science.
