Being in Olympia on a working retreat from Portland when that sinking dread squirmed into the pit of my stomach, I had no idea where to turn to when the blank white death of whatever virus incapacitated my laptop. A friend recommended a business that had helped them, but it would require four to five days. Being on a deadline, that would not do. So, I ran a search on my phone and found Puget Sound Computer Repair and read the one and only review on Yelp from Jean R. On that review I decided to call, still mired in the frustration and stress of the situation.



I spoke with Mike, who was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable -traits that were unwavering throughout my experience with the PSCR. Even more compelling was the fact that he could resurrect my computer same day at $40 less than the competition (including Happy Hampster in PDX). Not only did he explain everything when I arrived with my diseased laptop, Mike called midway through the repair to give me options. When I picked up my computer, he greeted me as if I were a local and answered all my questions. I am happy to report that now, the next day, I feel like I have a new computer.



I decided to add to the Yelp review because, not only was I provided excellent, swift, and knowledgeable service, but because Mike's friendliness was so genuine and supportive that not once did I feel like the complete moron that I was in falling for an antimalware scam.
