Great pharmacy, good help, and short lines

The Western Family brands are competitive in quality and price with anyone. Some pricing is off the charts, but so ludicrous, those products are easy to ignore. The employees too are off the chart, but in a very helpful way. If not for the store manager, this shop would get five (5) plus stars.



One late evening, my ~$150 order had about half dozen minor mistakes. I I'd'd the items on the receipt, wrote a cover note and left at the store for the manager. I also left a voicemail. Since then, some two months ago ... I have tried to visit with him 1/2 dozen times. I give my name, but he is ALWAYS in a meeting... so I left more voicemails, and messages through other's... ALL to no avail.



I know I will continue to shop here, and I know it is but my ego that is screaming about being so dissed. Yet, I am pissed. As a Senior citizen; a single widower; a VFW/DAV ... I happened +/- $300 bucks a month, for me and my kittens. Here comes that ego, but I feel I DESERVE some respect as a decent human being, and a decent customer. After two months of frustrating runaround, I guess it is time to just let IT go.
