I received the digital files and the hard copies, but it has been nearly two years and the digital files no longer work. I cannot contact anyone to fix the issue. It seems as though they are no longer in business.

Sent many tapes with years of our daughters memories, birthdays, school and family functions. Received a delivery confirmation from the post office, credit card was charged shortly after. That was 7 months ago. Received a couple email responses to email and telephone (no one ever answered, just left a message) requests for an update on our order saying they were overwhelmed, were working on . Now there is a constant busy signal on phone line and no response to email request. I don't care about the money anymore, just want our tapes back. I've cried and cried thinking we trusted this company with years of memories that are probably gone. I live more more than 2,000 miles away but would make the trip if I thought I could get them back. Would choose negative stars if it were an option.
