The weekly weigh ins were pleasant. The monthly analysis of how things were going and what I could do to change my habits never happened. The contract has a no refund policy and expects you to continue to pay until you meet your goal weight, but there is no responsibility on clinic's end to hold up their end of the bargain. Find a friend, save your money for a trip, and do it yourself. You'll be better off.
