A recent attempt to get some warranty work on my spa has been a horrible experience. At first they stated they would pay for the work but then started to look for ways to default. At this point I have been dealing with them for 3 months attempting to get them to pay for labor they agreed to pay for. This business has made me very skeptical of purchasing something long distance. They are in Washington and I am in Florida. They need to step up to the plate and stand behind their statements. If you use them, make sure they pay the contractor promptly or you may get stuck with the bill.
