this is the worst post office to get help first i recieved a notice i went to go pic up letter they lost it and said they call me now after 3 hours no 1 answeres the phone

a key was left in my box so I could pick up my package but the key won't work because there is a key broken off in the lock. It took me a half hour to get the number of my post office only to be told leave a message no one is available.. Sometimes we do need to talk to a person to report a problem.
