Paul Ocxkewicz rocks!

Thanks to my new jobs my husband and I needed to buy a second home in Olympia. Paul did an amazing job of not only finding us the right house, but he made it so easy for us! We live six hours away so we couldn't be there to monitor the repairs that the seller was making after the inspection. Paul was there every step of the way. He's even offered to help us coordinate other changes we want to make before we move in, such as refinishing the hardwood floors. He found us a mortgage broker he got us the best deal around on interest rates and helped us make sure we had all the right paperwork filed in time for a quick closing. The mortgage broker, Madrona Mortgage, even drove the paperwork up to Seattle, an hour away, to make sure Seattle Mortgage received everything in time to close. I've purchased several homes in the past and it was never this easy before. Thank you Paul!
