Dr. Jeske and staff are wonderful. Great service, friendly and caring.

First visit, took too long, Dr. was good, but his billing person did not listen to my insurance instructions and they spent 5 or 6 months billing me for something that they misbilled for in the first place. Second visit one year later, misquoted, overcharged and my time off of work and unhappiness with being overcharged was met with a quick "find another dr." AFTER I had already told them that I would still order my product. Then when I called to say that I thought that was bad business practices I was very immaturely hung up on. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. THEY OVERCHARGE, OBVIOUSLY DO NOT THINK THAT ANYONE ELSE'S TIME MEANS ANYTHING. THEY ARE RUDE AND NEED MUCH MORE INSTRUCTION ON THE PROPER WAY TO BILL AND INSURANCE COMPANY. EXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I have had better service at Wal-Mart on a busy weekend.
