not happy with this lab at all. I have used this lab twice in the last 10 years or so. The first time I had to switch because Porc. fractured off the crowns they made for me. I tried them again recently and same problem fractured porc. They are happy to remake them at no charge however I will not risk having to give an inferior product to my patients so I am out of pocket the lab cost. If the patient said to me I would rather have my money back then have you remake the crown I would give them their money back. The lab will not take this approach.

Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff...offered a wide variety of services and the completed product was beautiful. Will be switching and having all work done here. Thanks Ziemek!
