If I could have selected 0 stars I would have! This location they are Crooks! I brought in a small amount of silver for scrap but had seen that the review on this place was good so I gave it a shot. As I was looking for a place to scrap the different pages had different tips for the first timers. Weigh and know your weight before you go, ask to see scale certification etc.. ect. Well after leaving with around $15 short from what I should have had but would have been $30 if I'd left the jewelry with the scraps...i went back in and questioned him on everything once again. He all about showing me the penny weight. Who weighs in penny weight? Crooks do!! Beware! ! I ask for grams since that was the conversion method I was using on my phone....he switched it and threw it on and told me 38.g which is 20g less than what I have weighed personally before I went and numerous times in the car after I was ripped off. He had me convinced it was my scale, but then I remembered he never showed me the weight he just said 38g and handed my jewelry right back. The kicker is that jewelry at about 59.g of silver was half of the total weight I brought in so typically I had almost 120g which is roughly $60+ but he insisted all I had was $31 total so I took my bracelet and ring and was exactly 1/2 of the total weight and walked with the 15.50 that should have been $30! It's amazing a business would chance everything they work for to gain $30 from my hand full of scrap. But if they do that to everyone by a few dollars all day everyday. ....horrible business ethics and do not trust these scumbags! I have asked and sent numerous emails giving him a chance to make it right but continue to be ignored! I am a business owner locally and online and would never steal from the people who have brought me business and continuously coming back repeatedly making me where I am today! Makes me sick your doors are still open! I plan on continuing with police charges for theft.

HONESTY & INTEGRITY, I HAD A INHERITANCE FROM MY FATHER OF HIS COIN COLLECTION, HIS ROLEX WATCH AND JEWELRY; I TOOK IT TO SIX STORES HERE IN OMAHA; ONLY SHOWING THE SAME TEN ITEMS TO EACH BUYER; MOST TRIED TO STEAL IT FROM ME PROBABLY BECAUSE I'M A WOMEN; THESE PEOPLE AT AAA+ COIN BUYERS TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT I HAD, THE VALUE OF EACH ITEM, AND WHAT THEY COULD AFFORD TO PAY FOR IT IF I SOLD IT. THEY TREATED ME WITH RESPECT, PAID ME ANYWHERE FROM 10-50% MORE THEN ALL THE OTHER OFFERS, AND PAID ME WHEN I SOLD IT, VERY HAPPY O RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS, ONE SOLD THEM SOME GOLD RINGS AND RECEIVED DOUBLE WHAT SHE WAS OFFERED IN THE MALL!!!
