I would like to report a driver attempting to hit me with his truck today while I was at work.
Location: Panera Bread of Saddle Creek Rd.

Driver pulled up behind my car, almost touching the bumper. I was unable to pull forward due to traffic in the drive through. I proceeded to walk into the building to retrieve my next delivery order and he began blaring his horn and yelling at me. I proceeded to go into the building and the driver shifted to reverse and hit the gas in an attempt to hit me.

If I could put no stars I would. One of the trucks backed into my wifes vehicle. Rather than own up they denied any wrong doing. Dealt with Monte, rather than face the facts he decides to continue to deny any wrong doing. Even though all the evidence points to the contrary. On top of that no one at the business will give me their insurance info to let them decide. If you're not guilty why not give me that? Will never do business with crooks like this and will share my experience with anyone I encounter. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!

I called and was told they pick up in Plattsmouth.Gave all my info.Told them I was going to cancel my other trash service.They gave me a pickup date and other info.I even receive a welcome letter.All fine right? Well...they apparently called(left a message)days later to tell me " Oh,we don't pick up Residential trash in Plattsmouth" What!! I'd already cancelled my other service and was assuming my trash would be picked up! So irritated right now! I called because today was supposed to be the pickup date.How does the customer service rep NOT know this info???!! Why wasn't this checked before giving me a pickup date and taking my info.And why was I called days later?! Should have checked the reviews here first.This company gets a 1 star rating from me.

Abe's is not committed to it's residential clients. We've frequently had trash/yard waste pick ups missed and have been hung up on over 6 times when trying to call and inquire about missed pick ups. They truly demonstrate that the small account doesn't matter. We are stopping service IMMEDIATELY!
