We bought a brand new pop up camper from ac Nelson. I called 3 times with a question and every time I was told the person I needed to talk to was busy and would call me back. The calls never were returned. I drove to the business to talk to the service dept in person and they were very rude. Customer service is what keeps me loyal to a company. Sorry, we will be doing business with someone else when it it time to upgrade.

Shopped several states in the area and no one could touch this deal! Couldnt believe it but two local dealers actually told me to buy the Patriot cause they couldnt compete.

My family and I went to the Boat, Sport & Travel show recently and visited A.C. Nelsen's section. We were very impressed by their new inventory selection and the friendliness of the sales staff. We bought our 5th wheel at the show and had it delivered soon after. Our service tech was very helpful and informative during our walk through. This is the second unit we have purchased from A.C. Nelsen and I highly recommend them. They will continue to receive our business. Thanks!

Very rude customer service and sales. We went shopping for a small pop-up camper for my small family. We were insulted by the sales woman that helped us. She laughed at us when we said we did not want to spend a ton of money. We complained to the manager and he did not care because it was close to closing time. He said "oh well she is new and part time". What a JOKE! We DID buy a camper from somewhere else that same day. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO TO A C NELSON!!

I can't recommend AC Nelson highly enough! I called them on short notice to come down to Plattsmouth to fix a 38 ft. 5th wheel camper with a slide that wouldn't close. It is located in a campground next to the Missouri River, soon to be flooded. They were down within 2 days, on time, and solved the problem quickly. The tech was professional and thorough!
