I called aksarben a Guy came out and smelled like smoke and very dirty I believe he was on something. I told him to leave as my wife was creeped out I called big red rooter, Jim was there very nice and experienced took care the flood awesome job they have my business. From now on.

POOR EXPERIENCE...GO ELSEWHERE

I had a very poor experience with Ak-sar-ben. Initially I had sewage backup at my home, I called Sunday morning on a holiday weekend when it happened and someone was at my door within the hour. They determined that it was tree roots that caused the problem and got it taken care of and all was well. A great initial experience. Then the issue came back a couple of weeks later so I called them again to come out. They were unable to pin point the issue. They supposedly said they found something but it clearly didn't work as it came back again a couple of weeks later. I called again and they had me try to re-create the backup and we were unable to and he told me to install a floodguard that would have only made things worse. Based on a recommendation, I then called Two Men & A Snake and they were able to pinpoint the problem within 10 minutes. I had a sludge like buildup of grease and slime, etc that they jetwashed out as a somewhat normal fix. Two thumbs down for Ak-sar-ben.
