We went in to talk to a service provider about getting new phones because the ones we got with our initial plan were dying after 5 to 10 minutes of use,even after fully charging.In talking with the agent we were informed that we had another 6 months left on our contract, and if we needed new phones to replace the ones that were not working we would have to pay full price.When we said we did not want to purchase new phones but were interested in other options, the woman literally said she didn't know and walked away to help another customer who had just come in.We ended up going to another store, where we purchased batteries, but we will never go to the Maple street store again.

Nice clean store, but it sometimes takes quite awhile to get service. Perhaps they need more workers?
