My dog was spayed on a Fri.the following Wed. her stomach came out her stitches. We called the clinic twice to advise them of the situation and they simply said to bring her in. Going thru 5pm traffic we arrived at the clinic, told the receptionist about the dog and she stated "oh yes we received 2 calls" bring her in- they offered NO help! We brought her in, her intestines had now fallen OUT of her body- we stated this to receptionist, which she ignored. They took her back and told me to not be more than 5 min away because she was going home, again I stated that her intestines were in back seat. The recept. hands me 2 paper towels to go get them, clearly not enough so we brought them in on a shirt she was laying on. 5 to 8 min later recept. came out to say we go to ER, no word from dr! The dr, who acted disturbed he had to deal w/this brought our dog wrapped in dirty towel and her insides in a box- old box from sergical sissors. I was in shock at the poor and inhumane service I received

We have taken all of our animals here and HAVE NEVER been unhappy with the services once we switched over, after the first time, to the other vet in the office. We only see Dr. Stolze now going on 15 years and he is excellent. He is caring, considerate and very concentious. I would also like to say, that the owners who bring their animals in, should also be considerate of everyone else and have their animal under control at all times. If you're unhappy with one vet, ask for the other one in the practice. I would have done this had I received the treatment Jen did.

I have never had any problems with this vet and have used them many times. They have very reasonable prices and great care. I highly recommend them.

If you love your animal NEVER take them here! We took our dog to be neutered at as we came to the front door a pitbull attacked our dog while I was holding our one year old son. The pitbull had to be choked for several minutes before he let go of our dog's face. I asked them to please check over our dog well. They said it was no big deal, just a scratch on the nose that needed no treatment, and that is what Dr. Walter wrote out on his chart. But, when we got him home and looked ourselves, he had puncture wounds on the inside of his lips/gums that were large holes, pink, and oozing. We took him to our own vet immediately and he was started on antibiotics. Dr. Walter did not even look at the bite, she was only concerned about brushing it off so that she didn't appear liable. A thorough exam and a "I'm sorry that happened" was all we wanted. I should have never taken our dog there. If she was so careless about a bite wound how can you depend on other good care?
