The technician I had, scraped the shellac off with a stick when he had trouble removing shellac, scraped the top layer of my nails off, and he ended up damaging my nails. I realized this about a week after my appt when my nails all began breaking. I went to another technician elsewhere to have the new shellac removed that had been applied and was weakening my nails. The new technician told me that the shellac shouild not be pried off like this. I called the manager, Sandy, regarding my problem, and she asked me to stop in. When I did stop in, she was not there, so the staff called her. Although she remembered my call, she said she would not offer credit to me to remedy my concerns. It was to no avail to her that I said I would not return, which I will not do. I do NOT RECOMMEND this nail salon, as they have no concern for your satisfaction, and do not listen to your concerns.

I have been a client since Apple opened - even though the management has recently changed the service has not - from day one I have had EXCELLENT service from the entire staff. All the nail techs are amazing and give great, professional service every single time. Rachel, the office manager is extremely professional, knows her techs and all the services offered and does it with a smile on her face- every time I walk in I am greeted by name with a gracious smile - this is the best place ever - it always has been and continues to be..... Thanks for the great service guys :)

Everything was beautiful and new, and the receptionist really friendly. I got sat down for my pedicure and they offered me a drink which was great. The pedicure was AMAZING and I was totally relaxed by the end. Also, my design was super pretty and original. I also got a shellac while I was there, which was an awesome deal and like $5.00 cheaper than anywhere I've gone before. It's been two weeks since and it's still holding up beautifully! I already have another appointment scheduled to take in a couple friends and get pedi's together. If you're looking for a relaxing salon experience alone or with friends, check this place out! :)

I asked for a specific service describing in FULL detail what I wanted done. They said yes, they offer it. Yet when pedicure was complete, I pointed out to the technician that the service I asked for was not done. He apologized and stated the girls up front don't know what they are talking about. Poor guy. He offered a free manicure. I said, "that's great. Okay." But when managers came, a woman and man, they argued with me - the customer. They said VERY RUDELY, 'no free manicure.' I said, "Fine okay. I didn't ask for it. Your technician offered it. I don't want anything for free, I am simply unhappy that you promised a service, and you didn't deliver." They smirked and said nothing. I got out of there quickly, paid full price and a tip (cause I felt bad for technician). Never get your nails done here!

I tried Apple Nails when it first opened and haven't stopped going... great prices and great service. My favorite nail tech is Rose. She always makes me feel welcome and makes sure I leave with perfect-looking nails and toes. Great place for a brow wax, too. This is a clean, friendly salon and I highly recommend it!

I was pleasantly suprised. I dont try new salons very often but I was getting some hair supplies from Sally's and noticed I was in much need of an eyebrow wax. Rose did an exceptional job on the brows so I figured I mine as well get a shellac manicure. So now I'm on week 3 of my shellac and it still looks like it was done yesterday. Rose was amazingly sweet and conversational and did an all around fantastic job. I'm excited to go back to here next week. I've gone to the salon down the street several times and have never recieved this type of quality. All I can say is ask for Rose she'll make sure you look amazing by the time you leave :)

I gave this new salon a try. SOOO glad I stopped in. I received excellent service and my solar nails have never looked better. The owner Sandy did a terrific job, no more thick ugly nails. I'm going in today for a pedicure. From what I observed, the customers were getting a relaxing massage along with their pedicure. The other salon on Maple Street that I had been going to seeemed to herd customers in and out, just going through the motions of service--a 30 second massage at best and cost was alot more. Highly recommend this salon
