Was quoted a service charge price of $59.99, but after work, was charged $138.00 (was told service charge didn't include labor). His repair didn't fix the problem, had to have him come back, and he replaced the pump, Another $211.00. Total was $349.00 to fix a pump on a washing machine.

they have the parts you may need but the prices are double that of other suppliers.

When our washing machine did not appear to be working, we called ASAP appliance repair. Shane was able to diagnose the problem that same day but he did need to get the part. He came back the next day (scheduling a time that was convenient for me). The technician was courteous and professional and resolved the problem in a timely manner. I hope we don't have any more appliance breakdowns in the near future, but if we do, I will call ASAP first!

I called other companies that said they had same day service but were not available until 2 to 3 days out and ASAP was able to make it out that evening.

my refrigerator wasn't cooling. i called ASAP appliance repair the receptionest set up an appointment with a technition he came fix my refrigerator. the best thing about the service was the service call was included in the repair. these people are very nice and professional. would recomend this buisness to everyone mrs. baker

This business is horrible. Lied to time and time again. Never returns calls. Horrible service! Don't waste your time and money.

whole thing was a disaster, triple charged for parts; now that I get reading reviews this guy is a mess; research him, it's all over the place. very late, bad business, bad attitude.

My oven had a problem and I thought I'd rather work with a small company instead of a national repair company. I called ASAP at about 8:45 a.m. and spoke with Shawn. He was here before 10:00 a.m. the same morning and was in and out quickly. He was professional, guarantees his work, and knows that word of mouth and his reputation are important. I will recommend him to all my friends and family and will definitely give him a call the next time we have a problem....his is the only company that guarantees the parts and labor for one year! I was thrilled with the quick service!
