Provided by YP.comHave bought 3 vehicles here and the last two times I was very disappointed. Let's just say they will never get my business again and that's too bad because we like nice new cars. After my purchase the manager sent a courtesy email. I told to the manager about the service and the lies I experienced. Also asked some questions about a few things and guess what, no email back to answer my questions or a sorry for your experience. Will never go there again, in fact I wouldn't even give them one star rating!
I am sorry you received no response after submitting your survey back to us. It was never our intention to ignore your questions or experience. Thank you for taking time to leave this review and bring your situation to my attention. When you have a moment, I would love to speak with you further about regaining your trust. You can reach me at 402-493-7800. I do look forward to hearing from you. Best –Keenan Ford, General Sales Manager

Provided by YPmobileTook my jeep patriot to get an oil change and they forgot to lock the hood. Driving down dodge at 60mph and my hood starts to bounce. Had to pull over and try to close it in rush hour. Took I back again, my bad, had a diagnostic check done bc of transmission problems. Wanted to charge me $290 for transmission fluid and flush, $140 engine tune-up, and $100 for the diagnostic test. Called around and got a quote from Jensen tire for $270 for all of it. Went to Baxter to pick up the jeep and asked for the diagnostic report, and the MANAGER couldn't come up with it, didn't know they could print one out, didn't have a mileage report for how many miles they drove it to test. So they didn't do the report, but still made us pay $100.00 for nothing.

Provided by YP.comHave you ever pictured your typical cars salesman...greasy, underhanded, looking to rip someone off? Charlie is a scheming, smooth talker, and he knows it. In addition once the sale was made, I couldn't get a hold of anyone if I had questions about the service contract or other concerns. Meanwhile, there are a half a dozen sales people standing around playing words with friends. As long as you own a vehicle from Baxter, you are married to them.
Please shop elsewhere.
Since 1957, Baxter Chrysler Jeep Dodge has prided itself on providing professional service to all customers and guests. My hope is that our intent is experienced by all of our customers. However, in the event that we have failed to provide that level of service, we would like the opportunity to correct any issue. We value your business and look forward to answering any questions about your vehicle, it’s service contract or any other concerns. Please contact me directly at 402-763-8044 to let me know how I can assist you. Thank you, Shawn Arkfeld General Manager

Provided by YP.comMy daughter worked with Rodney Bloodworth and purchased a used vehicle with which we are very happy (so far).
Given this good experience, I wanted to work with Rodney when I was in the market for a car.
Recently Rodney showed me a car which was a little overpriced for what it was and he said he didn't have anything else in stock that I would be interested in, so I started looking elsewhere.
After three weeks, I found a car at another dealership that I was seriously considering but wanted to give Rodney one more opportunity to make a sale since he had been so nice when he worked with my daughter.
I went to Baxter and explained the situation to Rodney and the specifics of the miles, mpg, and $ I was considering. He searched the lot and only found one trade-in which they had just received which he said was comparable. We looked at the car. Asked if it had been in any wrecks. He went to run a CarFax. While he was driving the car back my wife said she really didn't care for the car, so I went over to Baxter's search desk to tell them that running the CarFax was unnecessary. To my surprise, I walked up right when... get this...
Rodney was mocking me to his cohort at the computer.
As soon as they noticed me standing there taking in their little joke, they looked away sheepishly, and then in a false bravado attempt to recover Mr. Bloodworth strolled over to the printer and said something to the effect that (paraphrased) That CarFax is printing right now. (incident occurred 4/28/2011, perhaps he's learned something by the time you read this).
It was at this juncture I told him that we would not be doing business and that his behavior was unprofessional.
Is this the kind of salesperson and dealership you want to work with?

Provided by YP.comi recently took a caravan in to get the heater fixed and they made a series of diagnostic errors and charged me $600.00 until i said uncle. I picked it up. long story short they spent hours tearing my heater apart and then told me the switch on the dash is broken. I need a new swicth. When i went to pick it up they said it would be $500.00 to replace the switch. I said no way the heater was still blowing ice cold air. I went to a junk yard and got a new switch for $10.00 now it works just fine but i had to pay $600.00 for their mistake i am furious. They should have admitted their mistake and made it right or at least say hey buddy i can fix your heater but it will cost you more than the van is worth. I am at the point where i need new vehicle but if this is how they treat their custumers i will look elsewhere for my next vehicle purchase
