HOME BUYER BEWARE

I was looking forward to working with a professional real estate agency at BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY firm in the Lincoln area on the purchase of my new residence but it was anything but easy going. I found my agent SUSAN BUETTNER's experience desperately lacking too late into the buying process and found that closing became a huge nightmare catastrophe mostly due to her lack of knowledge and ability to handle simple requirements that one would expect from an agent during the closing process. When I called her on discrepancies and mistakes she became hostile and defensive. Her lousy attitude and insinuations towards me only added insult to injury during the process. Not sure why she was an attorney and is no longer licensed or a member of the NE Bar but is now a real estate agent. Perhaps she was as bad of an attorney as she is now a real estate agent. Save yourself the headache of working with her on the purchase of your new home and look elsewhere.
