I would EXTREMELY caution anyone to hiring Big Reds Handyman Svc. We hired him to install 3 doors and frames and a few other minor repairs. With someone of 17 yerars+ experience I really expected way better quality from them. I could have done this work better myself. The only reason I chose to hire Jim is beause he was very real and his favorite line was he is "He is a man of his word", and he offered us a 5 year warranty on his work. Guess thats easy to do when ya don't come back out when something goes wrong. Repairs were finished on 4-5-12. The next day my garbage disposal he insalled is leaking water all over, just deceided to go ahead and fix this myself. A few days later I noticed that on my side storm door he hung is on backwards. Then on 4-14-12 my front door, frame and storm door come completely off my house. Called Jim he said No Problem, easy fix, he would be out on the 19th. Didnt come. Called again said he would be out the 23rd, didnt come. Called on the 25th, he said he was busy he would call back, he never did. Called him again on 5-10 said he would come out on 5-11 around 1:30, never showed. Called him at 3:30 to see if he was still coming he said Yes....Guess what he never showed!!!



Fiing a complaint with BBB on 5-14. Lets see if that will light his fire.

Inconclsion I would not consider REDS Construction for any of your needs, not unless you like being lied to and have poor quality of work done.

had them build an addition on front of home. THe works good but in the end we went over on budget. I am pleased with outcome.

They put a new roof and siding on my home. they did it fast and reasonable.. I am very pleased. Ty Jim

I am VERY SORRY I hired Big Red's Handyman Service. I could not possibly recommend anyone hire this man, Jim Litton. He charged me a LOT and did not finish my job. Quality of work done by this man is poor and I could not get him to come back and finish the job. I had to finish what he started. DO NOT HIRE Big Red's Handyman Service! You will regret it.
