If anyone needs any help taking dean to court let me know. I can try to help. I have been in property management for 5 years and he has no clue what is coming for him in that court room. We are filing papers on him. He does everything illegal and there are laws he has to follow and it seems like he really has no clue.

Dean Bishop is a horrible landlord. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. HE will not keep his word. He plays nice to your face but goes behind your back and makes you look like the fool. Make sure you take pictures before you move in and before you move out. Also be sure you do a walk through with him at move out so he can’t pull anything on you. Also, if you turn your keys in early, he will tell you he will give you the pro rated amount back for the remaining days. Then once he has your keys in his possession, he will tell you he never said that. He is way too old to be doing rental properties. My furnace was never inspected by MUD either. He riggs anything and everything!! Then, expects you just to keep calling him whenever it breaks again. It took him 11 months to fix the tree in my backyard that got damaged from the tornado! BEWARE RENTERS!!!!

Get everything in writing. They will screw you over and are eviction happy. Dean Bishop will not keep his word. Beware and find a different property with a better landlord.

This guy is a complete tool. Took my security deposit for pet odors. My daughter had a hamster and we used cedar bedding. No way we left pet odors. I had a friend who also rented from this company at my referral and she got burned for her deposit as well. Decent house on 54th St near Benson, we did find some mold but they took care of it. They also put in a new hot water heater for us, after about 2 weeks of boiling water for baths.
