Provided by YPmobileI will not, and If I could underline and bold will not i would do so. Will not go there again, everyone who has had good sushi knows it can be pricey, however my main complaints are that the food was sub par, te environment was the noisiest I've seen, they crammed 8 of is at a table made for six even though we had made a reservation earlier in the week. And to top it off it took 55 min to get our first dishes after ordering. and then close to 35 min to get the Check so we could leave after we had finished eating. I've had sushi east coast and on the west coast and blue is by far no where even close to the best in the Midwest. Don't waste your time hit up Kobe steak house instead.

Provided by YP.comIf you go for the sushi you won't be disappointed. I thought the food here was just great and the variety of martini's wasn't bad either. The atmosphere was fun, kind of trendy feel. I did not think it was that pricey considering the cost of good sushi in general. The plate display was probably the best part. The chef used flowers and even DRY ICE to make our dinner look amazing!

Provided by YP.comBlue Sushi Sake Grill is the BEST Sushi bar i have EVER been to! I have had sushi all over the United States to include, L.A., New York, Myrtle Beach, and Atlanta.....NOTHING COMPARES! The price, the service, the flavor, the freshness......everything is perfect! I tell everyone about BLUE! Omaha Nebraska is known for its beef...not Sushi...until now....

Provided by YP.comI did not enjoy my experience here at all. The food is VERY expensive and the atmosphere is far too much like a bar than a restaurant.

Provided by YP.comFrom what some locals had told me, I had high expectations when my friend and I headed out for sushi. The decor here reminded me more of a something between a sports bar and a burger joint. Service was very slow and no one seemed to be in a good mood. Everything that we tried reminded me of the type of sushi that you would get at the grocery store. The rice was dry and I did not think the sushi was as fresh and it should be. Probably not someplace that I would go back to.

Provided by YP.comFrom the moment my friends and i walked through the door, I knew it was going to be awesome! The ambiance is amazing with sharp lines and metal all over and a giant movie screen behind the sushi chefs showing ocean scenes. We had to wait a few minutes because we did not a reservation on that friday and the place was PACKED! We stood by the bar downstairs having delectible martinis served by a knowledgable, professional woman who really knew her way around a bar. I dont remember her name, but she looked of south american descent. Once seated, we had a huge spread of traditional as well as innovative personally blue rolls. We will definately be back!!
