Jay Noodle, chairman of the firm, founded Pacific Realty Group in 1987 to focus on providing comprehensive commercial real estate services to the Midwest. The company developed into an advisory, development and consultation provider that implements services for a variety of local and corporate clients. Its featured properties located in the Omaha, Neb. area include 1200 Landmark Center, Three Pacific Place, Regency West, Westridge, NorthPark Business Center and One California. In 1990, Pacific Realty Group decided to create a program that would give back to the community all that they had been given as both a company and as individuals. Pacific Pals goal is to provide admissions for young people throughout the states of Nebraska and Western Iowa to provide them with the opportunity to experience the five major components including art education programs, dance classes, athletic performances, cultural performances and summer camps.
