I've been getting my hair done at Creative for 6 years and love it. I highly recommend Stacy, you won't be dissapointed!

I was very disappointed by the Nail Tech Andrea Driscoll. Not only did she do a very poor job her charges were outrageous! I am not sure if she was having a rough day or wanted to take her frustrations out on me but it was the worst service ever and a crappy job overall. I will not be returning.

I enjoy getting my hair cut here, and my stylist does a great job every time. So, when my girlfriend and I decided to get manicures together, I suggested we go here. They sat us on opposite ends of the nail area, not ideal for spending time together. They started us at different times, even thought we had the same appointment time. Both of us walked out with the worst manicures either of us had ever gotten. The appointment was rushed and the paint job was horrible. I actually asked my lady to repaint. She did, but did an even worse job. I complained to the receptionists, who didn't even offer an apology. Later after promptly removing the nail polish at home and repainting the french manicure myself I called the manager. I was promised a refund within 10 days. It has been 5 almost 6 weeks and still I have yet to see a return of funds to my bank account. I could have gotten a better manicure at Walmart. I actually do a better job on my own hands at home. What a joke!
