At the beginning I wasn’t sure if I could do this Crossfit thing. It was very intimidating to me. That was nearly a year and half ago. Head coach Chris is not only a top notch Crossfit trainer, he is well educated in the field of exercise science and fitness. All of the coaches emphasize on proper form for proper progress and safety. They are encouraging and motivating.
I am stronger than I have ever been, fitter then I ever thought possible, and truly having the time of my life. In addition, all of the athletes are super supportive and truly want you to succeed. They are the friendliest and nicest people I have ever met.
