Provided by YP.comI would give 0. First the location I experienced had an examiner that was so loud when going over responses that you could literally verify someone elses HIPAA information is my first complaint. My second is that you are only allowed 2 donations a week where as other places in the country that has plasma centers will allow you to donate more.
3rd complaint if a person has donated their two times then the alottment of the firsrt and second fee should be honored no matter if a person donates on a Friday then Monday it is still the same amount of plasma collected, time spent, and same penalties applied for donating that second time. These things are not explained when you donate until you you as a plasma donor become victim of this.
4th Plasma is used to save lives. Plasma sells for over $1000.00 per bottle yet donators are only receiving a nominal amount yet are taking more health risks and to donate 2x per week for a total of $50.00 is a serious financial exploitation for someones personal goods/body fluid. This whole experience has made me reconsider donating and therefore that's several lives that are now in jeopardy as we have soldiers, babies, and others that need plasma so why make policies that would deter someone to help while being efficiently compensated as the pharmaceutical industries that receive my plasma products do.

Provided by YP.comAfter reading the reviews, I was a little reluctant to go to this facility, but I went ahead with the realization that most people don't write reviews if a place is good. I've gone a few times now, and every time the staff have been very kind and professional. The guy who inserted my needle actually hit my vein in the first try, which is rare since I have small, rolling veins that are tricky. Overall, I would recommend this place if you're looking for a plasma center.

Provided by YPmobileIf u have all the time in the world then this isn't that bad of a place. But if not expect to be here for a very long time service is very slow and they never have enough employees working to support them when they get busy. Every time I come there is always a line to the door with only 1-2 pplworking behind the counter so u have to wait in line at least 30 minutes to get checked regardless if its busy or not before donating the employees are very rude and ghetto

Provided by YP.comI started coming CSL Plasma of Omaha last year. Let start the first time I was which I understand that but it toke them over six hours to process me that is full of bull. Then when I finally able give plasma due how long I have an issue because you need the right amount protein's level if not you over heat. One of the staff was being a jerk say you need more protein and I reply back to her I say you got take part of the blame to consider how long I been there you would have a problem. Just say this they need improve or streamline screening process. An example they should take the blood part out first while it sit for a minute at the time being they do like weigh you or check your hand something like then right before they take a reading for the temp and blood pressure and heart rate stuff like they can put the blood simple in the spin machine something like that. That part will improve time on the screening also they need hire more staff and train them not being so rude or stuff like. Also half of the time their WiFi does not work and they allow to fix it and donors can't tell them reset the router which it will fix 99.99% of the time. I don't know improve on the staff and speed up the area which they can provide they might have more happier donors there. Also they will screw you over with payment that bull because other place in tell pay you more and some in cash. (The only reason I am coming there it is close to my house and the other places I go to would not be convince for me and I have no choice). Also they got privacy stuff I understand and respect but I think it is a bleach of privacy if they put csl plasma logo on those pre paid debit cards and the bank charge as much as they can that another bull. Also they got a survey on like I kinda like but it is bull they do not a comment box which people can say what is really on their mind. Oh well anywhere you go or do there all way something try screw you over.
