Provided by YP.comI cannot say enough nice things about this store and all of the associates with whom I worked. I came in with a party of 5 (including myself) as a walk-in at 4:52pm yesterday (12/27/16), and they managed to work with me and my party at 5pm! I know it's always easier to book an appointment ahead of time, but they were so kind and didn't make me feel like a bother at all. Specifically, Christine M. was a wonderful dress consultant; she made me feel like one of her own daughters! My party and I chose 4 dresses to start, and we just went from there. I didn't go in expecting to find my dress, but I did! The manager, Michelle, gave me all the information I needed to make me feel assured that I could get the alterations I needed, and she also worked with me to have my dress shipped out of state! Overall, it truly was a fantastic experience and I am so thankful for Christine M. and Michelle! Thank you both so much - I am so excited to wear the most perfect dress on my big day!

Provided by YP.comI went to David's Bridal Omaha today to buy a special occasion gown for my vow renewal and received no help whatsoever unless I hunted someone down. When I asked about certain styles, I was directed to a rack to find it myself. I pulled four dresses, found an employee to open a room and tried them on. I was not checked on one time and had to zip/unzip all of them by myself. I ended up leaving without trying all of them on because it was impossible to see how they would really fit without being zipped all the way. There were several employees in the store and only two customers. I have no idea why I wasn't helped.

Provided by YPmobileNot only did they enter the wrong dresses in the wrong colors in the computer as they claimed they "mixed up our paperwork". They sold my bridesmaid a dress that looked like it was the floor model! When she tried it on in the store it had a stain on the wrong of it and it was beyond wrinkled.
My cousin also received a stained flower girl dress from your company as well.

Provided by YPmobileI have used David's Bridal quite often lately with 3 weddings in our family in the past two years. They were great to work with when my daughter got married and again when I was looking for a mother-of-the-bride dress. We have also gotten multiple bridesmaids dresses and flower girls dresses. We have always found the staff friendly and helpful. Thank you for being so easy to work with

Provided by YP.comI went in with my best friend in 2011 to begin the search for her wedding dress. As she was trying a dress on, she came out of the dressing room very obviously flustered. After trying a few on, she told me she wanted to leave, and we cut the appointment short. Turns out, the consultant kept telling her that she needed to cover up her one, tiny shoulder tattoo. When she said she didn't want to do that, the consultant said, "Okay. I would, if I were you. You'd look much better if you did."
Seriously? Went to Des Moines to get her dress instead. The ladies at that store were wonderful. Now I'm searching for my own, and the two hour drive is WORTH the customer service.

Provided by YP.comAs a consultant for David's I am truly offended and saddened by these comments and how harsh they are. There are two sides to every story and at the end of the day we deal with all kinds of brides with all kinds of needs. I am a Creighton grad, military wife and mother of four who works at David's as my fun job. I am not vile and I do listen to my brides. Bridal consultants are not responsible for ringing up customers, that is the job of the CSR. Also when you come to the store close to closing all of the dresses you have tried on need to be put away along with your bra etc. When this bride complained to a manager she was rude and inaccurate, as is her complaint on this site. When the consultant heard of the complaint she called her immeadiatly to apologize for her (inaccurate) experiance and she did not answer. After a couple tries to get intouch with this bride it was obvious that she had fabricated her experiance. As a consultant, I take pride in dressing my brides for their special day and meeting their needs after leaving our store. We cannot please everyone and our job is not easy, especially when dealing with brides who are unappreciative and disrespectful.

Provided by YP.comI would rather travel out of state to a different bridal shop than visit David's Bridal in Omaha again. Our consultant was awful. We told her that our price cap was $1000, and every dress she brought me was over $1000. I did not like any of the dresses she brought me. She did not listen. I told her I was a size 16 and most of the dresses she brought me (because she only pulled high-priced designer styles) were 12-14. It is already difficult shopping as a plus size bride. It is even worse when your consultant consistently brings you gowns that are too small. She finally let me pull dresses myself and I found 4 that I liked in under 5 minutes all under $1000 and size 16. While I was pulling my own dresses, she would stop me and say, "Keep going past that one. That wouldn't look good on you. You wouldn't like that." How would she know?? I finally settled on a beautiful simple tea-length dress with flower appliques on the side for $250 off the rack with no alterations needed. She then led us up front, hung the dress on a hook, and left. She didn't even tell anyone to ring us up. We waited a few minutes until my mother stopped a woman and asked if she could ring us up. I love my dress, but the experience was vile. I give the customer service a 0. Support local business and find a small local bridal shop or go out of state.
