The lady that works there and probably owns part of this business is a very mean person. I thought it was a fluke the first couple of times, but this final interaction was the last straw. I will never go back there. If you want a friendly interaction don't go there. .if you have to, just avoid her because the guys there are okay.. she should not be dealing with people and I would know, trust me.

Not at all helpful unless you are a fanboy. Not interested in helping customers who aren't there to tell them how great they are. Only carry non-Mathews bows so they can tell you how superior Mathews is. Scheels is much more customer friendly and also has great techs. The trip to lincoln is worth it if you want a Mathews.

I have had an excellent experience at Full Draw. Just getting back into archery after a 20 year absence. They were very patient and answered all of my questions over the course of 3 visits. After visiting the "big box" stores in the area, I decided to go with FD and have not been disappointed.

This is the best shop in the Omaha area, hands down. I have known Kent and Deb for as long as I have been able to shoot a bow. Every single customer that I have seen come through their doors have always left with a smile on their face. Whenever I go into Full Draw I always feel like I am welcome there. Kent ,Deb and all of their employees are very knowledgeable and professional. I always know that I will get all my questions answered and get any problems fixed that I may have with my bow or equipment. I am involved in Nebraska Game and Parks Mentored Youth Hunt. Kent and Deb have been mentors in the program and support it strongly. Whenever any of the kids come in and shoot they make sure to assist them in any manner possible. Whether you need a question answered, an arrow refletched, or a whole new bow. FULL DRAW ARCHERY is the only place to go!!!!!

This is one of the best shops I have found around. I've been to quite a few and usually I get pushed off, expecailly at the big outfitter stores. They have a very good selection of equipment. If they don't have it they will get it for me. I've been to all the shops north of sheels in lincoln and there are non better within 215 miles. I know I'm switching from Sioux Falls to Full draw for sure.

I would in no way recommend any one doing business with Full Draw Archery. Kent, the owner, is good to work with. However, his wife Deb and the other guys that help out do it in a demeaning way that makes people feel inferior and seem like they don't really care to help. I have tried to buy two bows from them, a Helim for me and a beginner bow for my wife. Each time the person or persons attempting to help me seemed more interested in outside conversations about the past weekends 3D shoot than answering my questions. They were also very rude and knew that if I wanted to purchase a Mathews Bow I would have to buy from them, because they are the only game in town. If you are in the Omaha area and looking to purchase a Mathews Bow or simply have questions regarding your bow I would look at traveling to Lincoln, NE to Scheels or just across the boarder in Fairview, KS to Votruba Archery and talk to Casey.
