Way better than my experience with Geek Squad, I would highly recommend them!

I felt like I always knew what was going on with my computer and it didnt take a long time at all, The service was great. I didnt feel so computer Illiterate when I left, Thank you!

The computer boots up much faster and all our programs work wuicker, i am very pleased with the results!

Jaymes and staff have been our IT team for over 10 years. In that time we have had the most professional and dedicated service. They are trustworthy and have a sense of responsibility to solve your problems in a fast and accurate manner. In today’s medical office it is imperative that we get immediate help when a computer, printer, connection, etc is down and we have had that kind of service. I have found that all their staff is experienced and very knowledgeable no matter what problem I seem to throw at them. They definitely go that extra mile. I simply could not run our office without their knowledge and back-up

Brandy was great and very helpfull when I called, Jamie was both nice and informative, I got the feeling that they realy wanted to help and wanted the end result to be a good one!

We've used Geeks! for 2 years and LOVE them. We've gotten to know several of them very well, and they have been consistent, reliable, and knowledgeable. We have no problems getting a hold of them and getting our IT issues taken care of quickly. What customers need to remember is that you get back what you put into the relationship. If you take the time to get to know these guys, tell them if you’re disappointed with any aspect of their service, and ask questions on the things you don’t understand, you will find them to be completely trustworthy, accessible, and even enjoyable!p.s. An added bonus: how about supporting a local company!

Very simply: this company has never let me or our company down. I saw a review about geeks not knowing anything about windows 7 or 2008? Well, we had a new 2008 business server installed a few weeks ago and 10 new Windows 7 computers - not a hiccup, not a single issue. Considering our old computers were eight+ years old, these guys did a great job transitioning us to the new equipment. I think there is always room for improvement, so 4 stars seems appropriate although we did receive 5-star service. :)

After reading Jennifer's review I wonder if the whole story is being told. At any rate, I have used geeks for many years here in Omaha. They are quick, responsive and a joy to work.

Honestly, you would be better off going to the "Geek Squad" or hiring some High School drop-out to fix your machine! These guys go through employees like kids go through candy! I have had my machine in there many times, once for over a week, no call back, no follow-ups, etc. I was then told they could do nothing to fix and I needed to look a new system! This place is a total rip off! Anyone I have talked to who has come here has been dissapointed - they don't even have the knowledge to support newer products like Windows 7 or Server 2008, as our company uses. Customer beware, don't fall for their lack of knowledge, absent follow-up, poor service and rip-off scams!

One star is too many for this place. After taking my fax machine in for warranty work, Bob told me that I had a bad toner and needed to change it. He didn't even look at the machine before calling me. After I told him (for the second time) that I had already done that, he looked at it and told me he needed to order parts. After being without my fax for 2 week, it took me three calls before someone called me back to let me know it was finished. Then when I picked it up, they didn't give me back my power cord and offered to ship it to me at my cost.

When my computer crashed I had no idea what to do or where to go. Geeks helped us quickly and it was very affordable. My family uses this computer a lot and I thank them for being so fast.
