This is not a budget meal, but is a great place to dine for those special occasions. The meal is prepared at your table by a talented chef. I have been there several times since the early '70s (for childhood parties, for a honeymoon dinner, and most recently to celebrate our 20th anniversary). We live in Sioux City, but plan on taking our daughter there this weekend to celebrate here 11th birthday. Plan on about $15 - $25 per plate for Adult, but kids are less (around $10). Worth the money for the entertainment value and great food. Includes pyro displays, don't lean in too much!

Best Japanese food I have ever had. Very comfortable atmosphere, great manager and employees. Great food, granted it is definitly not the cheapest, the amount of food is great and the quality is even better.

The cook we had was really nice, but the food tasted like shit, and it was too tiny of a portion. If you want japanese that they "cook right at your table" go to Kobe's. I'm a Kobe's fan, not Genji's.

This style of eating might be interesting once in a lifetime but I am not a big fan of either it or the food here.

It was more than just dinner! The chefs cook right at the table in front of you and do tricks while they make your food! The food was great!
