WORST experience shipping anything in my life. Shipping company was both late to pickup and late to drop off. The items were supposed to be delivered on Saturday, I received no communication until I reached out on Monday wondering where my package was. Without any heads up I was given a 45 minute window where I had to be home (I work) or they were THREATENING me with having to pay extra fees and wait a month. I was punished for their mistake. Extremely stressful. Owner refused to fix situation.
