This review is for the Goodwill Warehouse on 72nd Street next to their computer store.



Used to be a fun place to shop until recent months when the staff became very rude and dishonest.

In one instance they would actually shout at you if you got in their way, in another instance they would just push those big blue carts right at you even when you are seated quietly in a corner out of everyone's way. Another time later, I asked one of their staff a simple question about testing an electrical item and he snapped at me like I was retarded. Very uneducated and savage behavior. I don't think Goodwill is doing that good of a job educating their staff to become useful members of society.



Furthermore, another shopper told me that he picked up a furniture item clearly marked with a price of $12 but when he went to pay for it, the goodwill staff said that the item is worth at least $50 and asked the shopper to pay the amount of $50. Wow, is that legal?



Bottom line, don't expect much from the staff at Goodwill, these are people whose only qualification in life is to work at Goodwill - they're not worth much of anything else.
