Horrible,after I was assured they take appts. my daughter sat there for 3 hours after waiting 45 minutes for Monique to get off her phone before even starting her hair. My daughter then told her she had to go and she would just pay and finish her own hair the girl said no. She was then rushed and didn't come close to getting out all the conditioner. Had to re-do her hair when she got home. Will never recommend this place or Monique!!!!!
