Attended conference at Hilton Omaha. The room and free airport shuttle were fine. The restaurant has hours posted as 6 am to 10 pm, but there was nobody there to open restaurant at 6 am. I asked the front desk of the restaurant would open and received a surly reply that it would open at 6. We were not seated until 6:10. The buffet was not fully stocked and the omelet chef had to look through several plates to find a clean one! The help is nice but unmanaged. The lateness create unnecessary stress when flying home. Hilton could do better.

Nice hotel centrally located with a very nice executive lounge. Room was clean and updated. Service was polite and efficient. No hotel gift shop.

A nice modern hotel. Has all the amenities you expect from high end hotel including pool, restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and shuttle service. There are many local businesses within walking distance. The hallways are long so ask for a room close to the elevator else expect a workout.
