I've been using JD Byrider for years! They are always knowledgeable and helpful. But most importantly they have a great customer service team! Not to mention the process from arriving and leaving the lot in a new car is really easy compared to other dealerships I've delt with by far!

When I came to JD Byrider, I was all out of choices n frustrated. Before I got to the door, a sales associate greeted me and instantly made me feel welcome. I told him this was my last resort, and if they couldn't help me get an affordable car, then I wasn't coming in. He assured me that he would get me in a car with affordable payments. Long story short, he kept his word and delivered. I left out with a card. JD Byrider helped me get plates for the car, free oil changes AND a 3yr/36,000 mile warranty on just about everything. I have referred many ppl to them and will not stop. Thanks JD Byrider. You rock!!!

I know alot of people that have cars, great customer service and very professional. They have a 36 month/36,000 mile zero deductible limited warranty. You can go in and get your oil changed for no additional cost. They report to all 3 major credit bureaus
