They may be good – IF you can get THEM



Called this business in 2013 for some work on my furnace and thermostat. Never got a visit from THEM, nor an explanation why they farmed out the job to a company called Diversity Home Improvement. I can’t give JPS a good review because they’ve never worked for me. The company they called, Diversity Home Improvement, is owned by a man named Dave Foral. I worked with him until March 2016 when he proved himself a liar and a scam artist. I ended up going to the BBB about him, but will probably just be out $275 because he failed to make some repairs properly, and then failed to honor the warranty on the labor he performs – a warranty printed on his company invoice. So in the end, this business, JPS and Kay, shirked my request and dumped me onto a company who ended up screwing a long-time customer out of almost $300. Both of these businesses can rot in hell as far as I’m concerned. Avoid both at all costs.
