Horrible isn't a bad enough word...

I ordered a Doboard from KitchenGifts.com in July of 2008. I was then told (after the fact...ie...they had my money) that it was on "backorder". In fact...it was on something called "no order". As in...we wont' fill any orders for something we sold on our website, AND we won't refund any money. I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Nebraska, and to this point (February of 2009), they haven't gotten any response from them whatsoever.



DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. REPEAT...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. To say they have bad customer service is a disservice to companies that provide customer service, bad as it may be. In order for them to provide bad customer service, that would mean they actually have to provide SOME customer service. Instead, I got soaked for $75, with no product, no return of e-mails or phone calls...in other words...I just got screwed.



They don't even deserve the 1 star rating. They deserve a negative star rating. Its tough to even give them 1 star for a no product delivery just steal your money type of service.
