The lady cut me multiple times with the shaver that goes really fast , she also shaved my real nail down to almost skin then glued right over it and it burned ... then when I asked for what I wanted which was worth 30$ I get crappy nails that look like there worth 15 & to top it all off I barely wanted her to touch me her own nails look infected I'm very unsatified never going there again!!

Horrible customer service. Before arriving i made an apt with Wendy but she was busy of course so the man in the shop proceeded to do my nails. The acrylic job was the worse ive ever seen so thick and gloppy all over my skin and nail bed and you could tell he had no clue what he was doing. Sensing my frustration he got up and told me wendy will be finishing my nails. She said it would be 10-15 minutes so 30 mins later me and my daughter proceed to walk out the nail shop. Wendy runs in front of the door to lock it saying i owe her $15. Horrible customer service and never again will they get any of my momey!
