This Jimmy Johns in my favorite. Management and the staff treat you just like family when you walk in. The atmosphere is that of "we like working here and want you to enjoy you visit with us" It is definitely a fun upbeat atmosphere. The staff is out of this word. Anytime I can not decide on what to order (which is most of the time) the staff will make their best recommendations, and they have never steered me wrong!!

The young girl apparently still works here and has an awful attitude. She cut me three times during my pedicure and didn’t apologize. She was very rough the entire time (especially with the nail file) and it wasn’t a good experience at all.

Terrible!!! The girl has a horrible attitude! She seems angry, I constantly told her that it hurts and she rolled her eyes. I left in the middle of the service

Terrible service and one young girl has a terrible attitude.

I would not recommend them. The first time I went there my nails looked great and they lasted two weeks. The next time I went the service was bad. My nails looks like a kid painted them and I had to file them again because I had jagged edges and when I left I had polish on my hands.
