No one can give the addiction, trauma, and depression sufferer more understanding than someone who has been through it. Unlike most therapists that tell you what you have to do to get better, I use motivational interviewing techniques to find the reservoir of energy trapped deep inside you. Once we find this source of energy, the things that are most important to YOU, we use that knowledge and awareness to figure out your best, easiest, and most comfortable and realistic path to health.
