I started taking classes at Omaha Blue Waves as an adult. I really enjoy the classes and the instructors. The only downside is I now hurt after classes in places I didn't know previously existed...but it is a good hurt.

Love that I can get martial arts class and fitness class at the same place. The whole family takes classes and it is fun. My kids love going there to do martial arts and see their friends.

We love Omaha Blue Waves! The instructors are great and I love the "extras" they do for our kids. It is a family friendly school.

I have had a child in Omaha Blue Waves Martial Arts classes for almost 2 years. Recently, I started taking class too. It has been a great experience for both of us. The other parents are great and the instructors really care about the students. I love that the focus is on family and doing things together.

My son has been with the Omaha Blue Waves Martial Arts family for the past year and a half . This has been an amazing experience in developing martial arts skills, learning discipline and understanding the importance of giving back to the community. I am proud to be associated with this organization and am excited to see what the future holds with their new location on 144th street!

I have been in TaeKwonDo for a number of years and have worked out at a couple of different martial arts schools while growing up. Omaha Blue Waves is by far the best!!! It is a lot of fun and the instructors are always coming up with something new. The students have a great time hanging out and working on new stuff together. It is AWESOME!

I always wanted to try a martial arts class but was afraid to start as an adult. I tried the classes at Omaha Blue Waves and had so much fun. I have been taking classes for a while now and am now more confident in myself. I feel like I can take care of myself in a dangerous situation and I have lost 15 pounds and am in better shape than I have been in years.

My child has taken martial arts at Omaha Blue Waves at their Armbrust YMCA location for years and I love the philosophy of the school. It doesn't ever seem to be about money or the next belt rank. The instructors really care about the kids and helping them learn. They encourage family participation and set up activities outside of classes for everyone. We have gone to picnics, movies, live shows, and even Worlds of Fun as a group. It is a great place with really nice instructors. I would highly recommend either of their school locations to anyone looking for a place to put their kids in martial arts.

My daughter takes classes at Omaha Blue Waves. They have great instructors and I love the rest of the parents.
