After my father passed away our lives literally feel apart. My mother was left with a massive amount of hopsital bills and debt with citifinancial. There was a clause that paid citi financial $15,000 of their debt and small amout was left. Four weeks after he passed a woman called my mother yelling at her and demanding the remaining $234. My mother stated that she was going to pay them as soon as possible and the woman from citifinancial continued to harass and embarass her. They also had a car loan with them that my mother feel behind on, and informed them of the death in the family. The organization CONTINUED TO HARASS MY FAMILY! The car broke down, so now instead of fixing the car, we are giving it back. They can keep their loans and poor attitudes and I WILL NEVER recommend them to anyone I come across that is wanting a loan.Their actions have truely showed them to be horrible people with horrible ethical standards-Especially the people in Jefferson City, MO. 573 636 8156

This office uses coersion, threats and unethical practices to collect their money. They utilize the practice of lying. They make arrangements and then will turn you over for re-possession (the next morning) and pretend those arrangemnents don't exist. Instead of working with you - they threaten. The reps repeatedly speak to you and then will nake a comment "I've never spoken to you". I am a customer who has never missed a month's payment - yet I am treated like a scum of the earth.As far as I can tell from my multiple calls to citi-financial corporate offices - this is the norm for this company. Word of warning --- if you can get a loan somewhere else... do it!!! You will regret the day you walked into this office and had any type of dealing with this company.
