what happened to this place? it's been well over 10 years since this restaurant's food has made any lasting impression on me. 10 years ago the panda house was the place to go for great pan fried dumplings. the house was always packed. the other dishes were very good too. now, it's completely dead every time i go in there. while the service and atmosphere remains pleasant, the food has really "gravitated toward mediocrity". husker fans will understand this phrase and analogy; for the past and present of this restaurant, it certainly applies.
