I have taken my golden retriever here for the last couple of years and upon scheduling another appointment for him, I was told we are sorry we can longer groom your dog nf was recommended to another groomer?!!! Not to mention the price kept going up with each grooming and we were up to $85-90! Do not recommend this place, as they pretend to care for your animals, but don't really! I have never been turned away by a groomer before!

I have taken both of my dogs to be groomed by this groomer. The first time I found a couple of blood drawn cuts on one of my dogs....I excused it...this 2nd time the front desk person told me they were booked more than double that day what they usually do a few days before Christmas. Well, both dogs were razor burned. One dog was burned in 2 spots so badly that the skin was burned down into the layers.....on the nose and on the side of the neck. He had to have a shot and prednisone to keep him calm. I will never refer to this groomer again. In reading up on this topic of razor burns....it says on google that the grooming shaver probably was very hot and burned him. Be very careful if you go to this groomer.

I have been taking my dog to Pawsitively Treasured for a couple of years now. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I love that they do not crate or kennel the dogs. My little pup gets nervous about being groomed so not being kenneled seems to reduce his stress. The ladies clearly love dogs and do a wonderful job.

Well took my dog there a couple of times and this last time dropped him off over the lunch hour. Had to go back to work and figured I could pick him up in afternoon. Not only do they charge $50 for a haircut which is ridiculous but they have a $5 hourly day care fee so total for bill was about $60. Now every groomer I've went to before gives a courtesy call when hes done but they do not.



There are plenty of dog groomers who give just as good a haircut for less and don't charge a day care fee in Millard. Won't be going back again.

Dear Mr Francis: I thank you for being a valued customer since December 2010. I believe there is some confusion regarding the pricing policy at PT. Unlike most grooming salons, we do not kennel our four-legged clients as we believe this creates a less stressful environment. Our process is much like when you set up an appointment to have your hair cut...you arrive at your appointed time and leave when your appointment is completed. When you dropped Tanner off for his appointment we let you know how long his appointment would take and what time to pick him up. As we have posted and communicated, we assess a $5 late pickup fee for every 30 minutes that expires from the completion of the grooming appointment. We certainly take no pleasure in assessing a late pickup fee which is why we explained this policy again before it was charged at your last appointment. Since Tanner was picked up 2 hours after his grooming session was completed, we felt we had to enforce the late fee. When clients are not picked up at the conclusion of their grooming session, it creates inconvenience for our other clients...because we do not kennel and have limited holding pens. You noted that you believe $50 is over-priced for a grooming. The normal charge for Tanner is $45 and includes services that our competitors offer as ala carte. We take pride in offering exceptional service at very reasonable prices. We wish you and Tanner all the best.

Used to love this place becaus...

Used to love this place because of the personalized care they gave my dog, however, this has drastically changed over the past several months. I kept giving them chances but was just getting worse and worse. They have gotten so busy that customer care doesn't exist anymore and things are getting missed and forgotten since you don't get the consultation with your groomer anymore because they are so busy! I might as well be taking my dog to Petco or Petsmart for the service I am receiving here now so will be finding another place. I will pay whatever as long as my dog is being treated exceptionally well and taken good care of and this isn't the case at this groomer anymore. Very disappointing!!!
